I Heart Macro 9-25-11

Cicada Killer - Luckily Kim knew what this was cause I sure didn't.

Thistle gone to seed

My goodness! Another week has come and gone. The weather has been perfect for me, cool and dry. I got to spend a beautiful day in nature with my Sister-in-law Kim on Tuesday. We started the day at our local coffee shop and ended up taking a nature walk at one of my favorite places in the world. I was able to get some pretty fun shots and had a wonderful time chatting and relaxing with Kim. I hope this weather holds out for awhile so we can do it again! All your shots are awesome, but I love the cicada killer. The angle on the shot is sooooo cool!

Our Nature walk day was magical. To bad that red fox we were not able to get a shot of! Next time ;)

Tracey - oh goodness! What a first picture! Love it, but it also freaked me out a little! I don't like the little things that buzz ;) What great nature shots you managed to get on your walk!

That cicada killer does look vicious - but it's a great shot!
